The Kiwanis Club of Mariemont has a long history of making a difference in our community. Through the volunteer efforts and generous support of our members, we fund and assist with the following activities witin the Mariemont School District including Fairfax, Terrace Park, Williams Meadows and part of Columbia Township:

  • College scholarships totaling over $200,000 to nearly Mariemont High School graduates based on need, academic achievement, leadership and service.
  • Recognition to outstanding teachers
  • Sponsorship, Leadership and Funding for school age youth in age appropriate service clubs with cooperation from the schools including: Circle K for colleges, Key Club for Mariemont High School, Builders’ Clubs for Mariemont Elementary, Terrace Park Elementary and Mariemont Junior High School
  • MHS Athletic Boosters
  • Contributions to the annual Mariemont High School track meet with involvement from 10 area schools.
  • SOKKS (Southern Ohio Kiwanis for Kids)
  • Financial support for the MariElders Center for adults 55 and older.
  • Leadership for Mariemont High School Investment Club
  • Leadership for Mariemont Junior High School Stock Club
  • Coordination of the Memorial Day Essay contests at Mariemont Elementary and Terrace Park Elementary
  • Financial support for leadership and travel experiences for junior high and high school students in the Mariemont School District
  • Through funding sent to Kiwanis International, many additional needs are met such as the $110 million worldwide program to eliminate maternal & neonatal tetanus across the world
